Pumpkin Oatmeal Chip Cookies

Tried my first Pintrest recipe — and they are delicious

Here is what you need:
(make 3 dozen large cookies)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2  cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chip 
- 2 cups rolled oats (oatmeal)
- 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 TB vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg

S’more cakelettes

Mocha Frappuccino Recipe (Babble)
4 shots espresso1 cup milk2 cups ice1/4 cup sugar3 tablespoons chocolate syrup, plus more for toppingwhipped cream (fresh or from a can)
For a weaker Frappuccino, use 2 shots espresso, 1 1/2 cups milk and (about half the amount of sugar) 2 tablespoons
1. Add warm espresso and sugar to blender. Blend until combined. Add milk, ice and chocolate syrup. Blend on high until ice is fine.
2. Serve topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
Make 4 regular sized frappuccinos or 2 giant (grande) ones

Jalapeno popper grilled cheese by Simply Scratch
{makes 2 sandwiches}ingredients:4 large Jalapeno Peppers3-4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened4-5 Green Onions, mincedBlack Pepper, to taste4 slices Colby Jack or Cheddar Cheese4 slices Sourdough BreadButterPreparation:
On a hot grill, char the jalapenos… about 10-15 minutes.
Place charred jalapenos in a bag to steam. After about 10 minutes, gently peel of the skin. Slice off the tops and discard. Slice down one side of the pepper and carefully remove the seed and ribs of the pepper. 
Preheat griddle to 375 degrees. Next combine the cream cheese, minced green onion and black pepper in a small bowl. Spread desired amount of cream cheese on one slice of bread then layer jalapeno’s and cheese. Butter outer slices and griddle until golden and crispy.
