i don’t have a “food schedule” that i’m using. i’ve cut back on the amount that i eat out — i don’t like fast food in the first place, so it was a bit easier for me than some people i’ve talked with.
i control portions, only eat what i know is sufficient.
drink water!
not much else, i didn’t have a poor diet really before — except eating out a lot (which i found out that office environments do that to you! people are always ordering out. i started packing my own lunch and then since i’ve switched jobs i am able to eat at home.) and i don’t drink soda as much as i used to — limited to probably 1-2 time per month.
