note to self: run tomorrow.
you won’t feel like it, i’ll bluntly tell you that. but you will feel ten times better than you’re feeling now. it’ll take all of the power within you, just to tie up your laces and take the first couple of steps. but you’ll get back into it. the strides will come and the breathing will follow suit. take those precious thirty minutes of your day and do something that will fully benefit you. push yourself, if you so desire, but don’t deprive yourself of the strength within.
and who knows, you may just enjoy it!
