Take heart – death truly aches, but if we are united with Christ – we know what comes next.

Sunday is coming.

For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his. (Romans 6:5, ESV)

It is finished, complete — He did it all. 

He was wounded for our transgressions;
he was crushed for our iniquities;
upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace,
and with his stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:4-5, ESV)
