long day at work [8am-6pm]. I’m so not used to working this hard, several days in a row. needless to say, FCstore is looking great! everything is moved around, painted, new carpet, new fixtures, etc. It was a much needed “facelift” for the store. I’m thankful for them asking me to come back and help out…it was great seeing my old employees. Who knows…I may go back..?
p.s. have you guys ever heard of greater goods? well FCS [most, but not all have these products yet] is carrying this line of fair trade products from different countries. They carry products like handmade journals, scarfs, photo albums, jewelry, picture frames, handbags, mini-purses, and so much more! It’s like I’ve died and gone to heaven! I love this kind of stuff. And it’s even better because the women from the other countries benefit from sales. The purpose is to try to help these women and get them back on their feet. It’s amazing.

falling asleep at 3am and then waking at 6:45am, is not what I consider a good night’s sleep. i’m so used to a sleeping in a pitch black room, and since i’m house/dog sitting - the room i slept in had the most amount of light i could imagine coming in through the windows.
long day ahead, but coffee will definitely be needed, first.
